Level up your game with the most innovative paddle in whitewater. Experience comfortable control and unmatched durability with Lam-Lok™ US Patent Pending technology to keep your Aerial Minor Carbon performing at maximum power—for the long-haul.

ABOUT LAM-LOK™ US Patent Pending

  • Double down on edge protection with innovative Lam-Lok™ US Patent Pending technology
  • Lam-Lok™ mechanically bonds the laminated blade layers together with over 33 feet of an aramid thread around the most vulnerable parts of the blades, dramatically extending the life of your paddle
  • Protects blade edges by resisting delamination, impact and abrasion
  • Lam-Lok™ is 5-10x more effective at fighting delamination than blades without it

ABOUT THE BLADES

  • Aerial Minor blade size best suited for small to medium stature paddlers or those looking to maximize efficiency when running rivers
  • Wide, flattened foam spine simulates performance qualities of both a foil blade and a compression-molded carbon blade
  • Reinforced 100% carbon blade peg insert maximizes blade-to-shaft joint strength while matching the stiffness/flex balance of the entire paddle. Benefit from built-in durability
  • Smooth transition from blade to shaft. No sharp edges to scrape hands or extra material to add friction in the water

ABOUT THE SHAFT

  • 100% carbon construction optimized for a stiffness/flex balance between that of traditional carbon and fiberglass shafts to ease strain on shoulders
  • High-tech, spread tow carbon weave increases the mechanical properties of the material (strength, stiffness, impact resistance) while reducing weight
  • Ergonomic grip shape designed to match the natural shape of a closed hand
  • Extra-long grip sections allow flexibility for hand placement to fit a greater number of shoulder widths and paddler preferences
  • Tactile grip coating applied to shaft to help get a better hold–and it won’t destroy paddler calluses, to boot
  • Designed for hand placement in line with blades
  • Fixed length and offset angle
  • Blade Material: Carbon Fiber with Aramid Thread
  • Shaft Material: Carbon Fiber
  • Blade Size: 44 cm x 20 cm (645 sq. cm)
  • Weight: 1pc: 39.1 oz. (1105 g)
  • Offset Angles: Fixed: 15° increments (L & R)

Here at Aqua Bound, we build all our paddles to
order, so paddles don't collect dust or become dated. As soon as you place your order, a real person in our Osceola, Wisconsin factory will start preparing your paddle. Shipping windows vary by product and are estimated on individual product pages. Thank you for supporting American manufacturing.

  • Separate your paddle sections (unless it’s a 1 piece)
  • Rinse each part with clean, fresh water
  • Examine all parts to ensure it is clear of debris
  • Dry and store your paddle (separated, if applicable) in a clean, dry, indoor place

Aqua Bound paddles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from date of purchase.

If your paddle was purchased at aquabound.com, please contact us at [email protected] . We won’t make you fill out any time consuming forms or jump through too many hoops. We simply want to chat with you to figure out the best solution going forward. To help speed up your request, please include a copy of your receipt and your reason for return within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
